Wouldn’t lift in the Alphafly 3 since you usually want more ground feel in certain exercises which the thick midsole can’t provide. Definitely a great shoe for cardio/running though 👌🏼

Tony to be honest in my opinion the most hyped sneaker that I can’t wait for the release in the month of January are the air Jordan 1s yellow ochre I loved everything about the sneaker and also Jordan 1s are one of my favorite Jordan’s and I already have the taxi’s as well and I would love to add them to my collection as well .
