My dream car from age 13 took 20 years but I bought mine. Love every year and model of Viper.
  • Should have showed the 1996 GTS coupe when they were talking about it!!!

I like all vipers, but I prefer the late 90s mid 2000s
  • 92' viper is my fave because that was my high school dream car. If you had a viper, panties were thrown at you with phone numbers written on them.

Have owned 4 Vipers, I love everyone of them, the Gen 5 is a world class sports car. Buy a Viper know any Viper they will never be any cheaper to own.

as a die hard ford fan, and past owner of a few corvettes, I must say I enjoyed all of them. but viper is such a step above. all generations have there good points, and limits. for price cost value, I choose the Gen 3. from 2003 - 2006.

I'm more of an import guy, but I gotta say, the Viper is damn cool!!
  • I will always remember the first Viper I saw in the wild, I was hooked.
  • As and past owner of BMW’s, Corvettes, Japanese imports (350Z among others) etc., I have to say that a gen 2 or 3 (don’t @ me, I love gen 3) is my unicorn. I actually came really close to buying a green 94’ Viper with 60k for $14,900 (!!! I know!) back around 2004, but went for a Porsche instead. Test drove it, had the money and everything. Was more practical to get the Porsche (I had a celica GT-S as a daily and a 4-runner for backup. I was only 17, had a great job and worked constantly when not in school; my parents weren’t particularly wealthy). The Viper seemed really “crappy” to drive as well as the disappointment of an interior. But as I’ve aged I have come to appreciate what they are about. Vipers are meant to be rough around the edges; that’s where their giant personality comes from. It takes a certain type of person to enjoy an early Viper.
  • My dream car since I was a kid was the viper. My first model car was a red 96 red gts with the white stripes

Bought a black/black 2004 Ram SRT 10 with the 3rd gen viper engine. Hurst 6 speed shifter. No it’s not a viper but it’s the closest I’ll ever come to owning one. I love this truck and love the viper.
