I-Team: Woman treated cancer patient after claiming to family she was a doctor when she wasn't

A FOX 5 I-Team investigation found a couple from Michigan traveled to Atlanta to have a woman who claimed she was a doctor treat the husband's stage 4 pancreatic cancer. But, the woman, Azalea Blalock, now admits to the I-Team she is not a Medical Doctor.

Imagine if she just put this much effort into getting a medical degree she would be a real doctor.

Her website has clear typos on it. I can't believe anybody would give up their life savings to a website with typos on it.

What! How cruel. My husband was diagnosed with stage 2 pancreatic cancer. He did not have to have radiation or chemo, but he had to undergo a 7 hour surgery. He is now cancer free! No gimmicks! She took advantage of a couple and their serious matter!

“Starve the cancer out” what “doctor” uses that term? The way in which she articulates itself is a red flag. She is a disgusting person for conning people out of their hope and money.

The way that she used doctor as Dr infront of her name on documents instead of MD at the end of her name was a clear sign she was not a medical doctor.

Here's a big red flag 🚩 If it's backed by celebrities, just say NO! Her not wearing gloves, etc is another 🚩 Also, home remedies in unmarked jars from a doctor? I don't think so! As a fellow Michigander, my heart goes out to this woman & her family.

i don’t feel he died of her treatments unfortunately, i think he ended up dying of his illness. pancreatic cancer is famous for giving patients 6 mos to a year max to live. very unusual to live past that

My dad passed 5 years ago, we too researched holistic treatments and it was out of love, we were desperate not realizing he just needed to rest and we needed to use that time to heal and come to terms that God will take you home when it’s time. We would love to save our love ones. She needs to heal I know she’s hurting and she’s has a right to be upset with that women. That fake healer shouldn’t be working on cancer patients. Karma is getting her though. Praying for this women’s healing🙏🏽🙏🏽

She sounds just like this other lady who lied and said she could cure and help cure the cancer. She's a fraud. Wow. God bless ur husband may he RIP♥️♥️😘😘

I went through this in 2003-2004. A holistic Chinese Dr., needless to say, we spent thousands. And my Moms cancer still spread. She passed 1/4/2004. And I miss her like crazy. 1 thing for sure, when God is ready for you, He’s ready. His will shall be done.

He was in stage 4, it was too late anyhow. But bihh just say you're an herbalist, that holds weight to western doctors and is totally up to the customer/patient to decide. Condolences to this man's family. I hope the herbs she gave him atleast provided relief.

I have family members and friends who had staged 4 cancer and they all passed away .This woman is a crook who is playing with people lives 🤬🤬🤬🤬she needs to be in jail..
