You said brutal perforation and death elixir are essential to both pvp and pve. so far i only heared that its basicly 15 dmg and thus irrelavant in pve as the mobs have hp in the millions. garmoth doesnt even calculate them. so what is it?

Yeah.. they need to simplify these buffs its way too many imo.. but cm enjoyers will hate these changes also players who p2w their fairy..

You forgot the Golden Hand Elixir used for PEN gear enhancement rituals (PVE) 😤

this is what i hate about bdo, the elixir and buff outside the character buff. i know its just for market balance. but still i really hate buff that came outside character itself.
