  • Staying safe and spamming main is how you get decent damage and low deaths, while not adding much to the fight.
  • @ltv475
As soon as the enemy Bob left his POV, he would forget about it. Every time. When he died to the slept Bob in his backline, absolutely peak bronze 5.
  • @NachoTaco7100
he is bronze because he has horrible ult management lol. bro held onto his first 2 ults for so long

Hey Jay, I'm a helo instructor in the airforce.. and What Koby was doing there when he started the live coaching and said " You played well on soldier last game" was he was trying to make his student receptive to everything he was about to teach him on... If you start it out like " Hey man you sucked, but I'm gonna coach you now on how not to suck" it shuts the student down and closes their mind off from any inputs so now they're just gonna be thinking on how much they sucked and this example too it being live they're just gonna be way more insecure and try to overcompensate which isn't gonna be beneficial to the student. When you coach or instruct you have to focus on the root cause analyses and then work from there rather than the problem.. i.e, they suck
  • As a Hanzo 1 trick, I would say he has not so bad positionin for a bronze, but stays in one place for too long, and just gets picked off. Also, since he's bronze, as expected he would be playing the "spamzo" kinda playstyle, and saving his ult for a BIG moment, instead of using to block the way and picking the rest of them off kinda thing. Overall, he shouldnt be bronze, maybe silver, low gold, but he's a good player, we gotta give him credit
  • Honestly Coach Koby is such a great coach. He was patient and motivating and focusing on the positives and teaching at the right pace that the student can learn to get better instead of feeling like giving up. That's a good teacher right there. Sending much respect and admiration towards him.

As someone who thought "yeah no way would I get nervous, it's basically quickplay, I'm G1 DPS and P4 Support!" I was hella nervous and played like dogwater lmao mad respect to choco! And thank you to Jay3/Coach Koby for putting this on, it was so much fun to play in

I think this is the perfect depiction of someone belonging in their rank. He does well in his rank because that's where he belongs. Put him anywhere against players who have slightly more awareness and ability to avoid Hanzo angles and shots? He can't get kills and his damage numbers are from spamming body shots. Every hanzo player knows how easy it is to farm damage on him, don't let it go to your head. He has potential considering he sounds pretty young and willing to learn, but he needs to lose the ego. He thinks he's so good because of inflated stats in bronze game, but never climbs? That's delusion. That's stat padding. It's always been the biggest noob trap in OW. Stats don't win games alone! And I hope he learned that. Hopefully he has another redemption video sometime down the line after he gets better!

This is the most Hanzo hanzo I have ever seen, literally never aims but randomly gets headshots lmao
  • @kiddemon1354
As a Hanzo main, this made me want to leave work early to go home and turn my Xbox on so I can release my frustration from this video
  • @Jessespresso
Definitely needs to hit an aim trainer. Most of his elims were from spamming general sightlines. Some work on his aim and he'd be able to climb to high silver, more work on his ult usage and he'll do well in gold. I know a lot of players think Hanzo is only good for spamming sightlines and just doing that alone will let you climb but that ain't it. This guy (granted he wasn't using optimal sightlines) is proof that it simply isn't the case. If you can't pressure the supports or any of the team from an off-angle, you're not going anywhere
  • @BasilVT
i think yall are really giving gold players too much credit. he for sure doesnt deserve bronze if just for his aim alone, and hes not like completely braindead, which is 99% of bronze. he was holding his own in gold, and i dont think he could maintain gold, but for sure at least silver
  • @Gen2Red
The prime example of why stats dont matter, yes he has the most dmg but the damage he is doing is worthless, for example shooting a dva for 500hp and her not dying is worse than doing 50 dmg to someone to kill them. The guy just really isn't doing anything. To get out of bronze you need to play like u dont have a team and just kill stuff its that simple.
  • @seandagamer2805
That first nano makes me think we gotta do elo he’ll for the Ana😭
  • @ebhaenger8246
He is spamming too much and not taking advantage of high ground. In the beginning, he did try to hold the high ground, but after a certain amount of time and pressure, he forgot about anything but spamming main. There were so many opportunities where my Hanzo instincts kicked in and screamed, "Climb to that high ground next to you," "'Go for a flank and get one or two picks in their backline," and "Take your time for some shots instead of revealing your new position." From what little he has shown on Soldier, he definitely needs to work on his tracking aim, and while at it, he should at least try to aim for the head. It seems to me like an "aim for the target, if I hit the head, it's a bonus" playstyle
  • @willwilliams2944
Jays face after koby said he did good on soldier last time had me in tears I was laughing so hard.
  • @M-Town90
That 33-0 game was probably a one off for bro and i bet he hasnt stopped talkint about it to his friends since
  • @expertbean101
I think he needs to try out a code for hanzo if he's going to be playing him as well as his hitscan characters because there is a delay and an arc he needs to be mindful of. I saw most of his pre-fire and regular shots were only aiming for the body and never the head whenever an enemy and himself was on even ground - he hit some decent headshots when he was the only one on high ground. Keep practicing and good luck!
