The beet/squid dish is probably one of, if not the best looking dish out of all the masterchef clips I've seen from the global masterchef clips. It's just so fascinating to stare at with all the curls of the deep fried squid and those intense magenta/orange ribbed spirals.

This was the best batch of home cooks. The energy and enthusiasm was so positive. None was dying to win... They were all keen on learning to do the best. Masterchef Australia didn't get better batches after this one. I practically remember all of the participants in this one.

I thought at least one of the chefs would mention how the plating looked like a screenshot from an underwater diving expedition....it was absolutely amazing.

Why hasn't even one person in the history of this show finished like atleast 10 seconds before the time ends! Why should it be a rocket launch every time! And apparently everyone completes their dish too dot on time.
