This was the apartment that I put an offer on in Scalea, Calabria. I have been looking at properties in the area for about 6 years, and this one, for whatever reason, was calling to me! It felt like it was the ONE. I made an impromptu trip to Italy (using my handy flight miles) and looked at 2 apartments that interested me.
This one is in the Monticello-Piano Lettieri region. It's 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, 2 big balconies with panoramic views & a parking spot and a garage are included. I stayed in an Airbnb right next to this building and got a good feel for the neighborhood. It's quiet and walkable! Super quick walk to the train station and into town. The beach was about 15 minutes away by foot.
The view from the apartment are stunning!

Hi, we're on piano lettieri. We purchased Ebikes from unieuro to tour around. Everything is 10 min away by bike.
