Complete three LIFT WITH CEE full body workouts each week.
You can either:
- Repeat this video 3x/week for a 4-8 week training block (called a mesocycle)
- Pick a different video 3x/week from a 30 min or 40 min workout playlist

Build muscle by consistently increasing the challenge, forcing your body to adapt and grow. When you’re familiar with a workout routine it’s easier to focus on proper form, get a better connection to the target muscle, add in an extra rep and know when it’s time to increase your dumbbell weight!

To help you feel prepared for the workout, I always include an exercise outline including the weights I’m using in the description under the video!

Just done this, I loved it! My only small ungrateful grumble is that I miss your lovely voice telling me “we are starting... right now” Thank you for your consistency of uploading each week and the high quality workouts you share. I feel like I know you and it’s like working out with a super fit friend! You keep me so motivated and I’m just generally wowed by you. I’ve never lifted as heavy as I do with you but I’ve built up to it over 6 months or so and I feel unstoppable. You are incredible and I’m so glad I found you 😊😊😊
  • Holy Cow…I’ve been doing your workouts since January….and I have to say THIS format of 40 seconds on 20 seconds rest for 30 minutes….is way harder than the 40 minute splits. But I love it. And I love that it’s shorter. Helps me out.
  • Cheryl - I SO much appreciate these workouts! I do prefer the old format where you talk and do the 12 reps....but I just modify this to be 12 reps and have a timer for my 30-second break. I miss hearing your cues! I have been doing this workouts for a while now - they are awesome! Thank you!

As always a fantastic and efficient work out but I really missed hearing your voice guiding us along the way!

Thanks Cheryl I love your workouts. I'm 60 years old and have been working out with you for 1 1/2 years. I'm 3 years into weight lifting. I feel stronger than I ever have.
  • @TracyDonnell
Whew! This was great! Why is the rear delt fly so stinking hard?! 😖💪🏻
  • Cee I love hearing you talk. It's making me feel like I am watching some other YouTube channel. Please keep the old concept.
  • Cheryl love this format with slightly more reps. Either way is fine for me but I do enjoy your voice. It allows me to look down and not at the tv and it makes it more personal. Been following you since Oct 2023 and haven't missed a week. I was doing the 30 minute workout but recently spend a few weeks doing 40. Both work for me depending on my time. This week back to 30

I'm sure it also has to do with the fact that I took 2.5 weeks off of lifting while I was in Europe, but this new timed format has left me sore each time, which is great! I know, I know, you dont have to feel sore to grow muscle, but it feels good to have really challenged my muscles like I used to when I was lifting with barbells and doing tougher cross fit workouts that had me lying on the ground afterwards. Love that the new music has no lyrics, too! At least, I haven't heard any. Music with lyrics usually starts to become extremely distracting when it has lyrics that you hear many, many times. No lyrics music never becomes an earworm, which I appreciate. Time feels like it flies by now, and only a 30 minute workout! 30 minutes is what I need in the morning. Thank you for these!!!
  • I really miss the old format. more cool downs were in it. Plus, you're giving directions is really nice
  • I actually prefer the no talking workout. You do a great job of talking and explaining the workout in the other videos, but I am an introvert and prefer the quiet to focus on my workout. I watch your video before hand so I familiarize myself with the technique and form, and then I take pictures of the summary and each start and end of each exercise. So when I go to the gym, I look at the summary and remind myself of the proper form by looking at the pictures of Cee doing the Reverse Curl for example, and execute it. Most of the time I am able to go by the weight you are using, which is a very helpful reference. I find though that I need more recovery time in between sets, which I take so I can execute well the next set of exercises with focus on time and attention in each movement. Maybe I can reach the point when I can actually have 20 second rest like you. And I absolutely love the 3 times a week Full Body workout + Back Focus, and + Arm Focus, and + Leg Focus. Keep it coming! Thank you so much Cee! You make lifting an easier lifestyle commitment for me to stick to. You are a blessing!!!
  • @lauraa2877
I really miss the 40 minute workouts. I appreciate that you still have the playlist up though.
  • Miss your voice too, but still loving your workouts! Thank you! 🥰
  • @monicalowy9689
Just finished. So appreciate new content every week and continue to enjoy the new format!
  • @mangojade405
I won't do anyone else's workouts because I love your videos so much, I also do need to be led, as I am doing them in a gym and do not want to be looking at my phone! Thanks!
  • Hi Cee, I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy working out with you during the week. I am 58 years old and have lost 120 lbs over the last 7 years. Your work-outs are challenging but great and I feel really accomplished when I do the 3 workouts during the week as you recommend, although I have been missing your narrative a bit. :) thanks so much for your work. Much love from Texas!
  • I love this format! I've been with you consistently for over a year and getting stronger as I age (62 in a few weeks) . So grateful for these workouts1
  • Happy Monday!! Amazing workout - fantastic start to the day! Thank you for another fantastic workout! The new video each week is the highlight of my day!!
