Warehouse worker believed to be found dead in debris amid Phoenix building collapse

A woman told ABC15 Thursday that her brother, 22-year-old Oswaldo Montoya, was the person crews were searching for. She says he was working as a forklift operator at the time of the collapse. Phoenix firefighters say they have strong evidence that Oswaldo was the man found dead at the scene, but the official confirmation will come from the medical examiner's office.

    Prayers to the family ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™. Fire department worked hard to find him and get him out. We need to be asking questions about the builders constructing cheap building that fall over in the wind. We need new code to change this.
