This is exactly the story of my 3x Olympian father, Marv Melville. He never quits and always holds his ethics high. He's such a great example of what you speak.
  • The most beautiful and moving rendition of “Down by the Riverside” I have ever heard. Thank you Ryan Murphy!
  • Thank you Choir, Brother Wilburg, Brother Porter, the wonderful orchestra, for this program. You’re all amazing. Loved especially ’Hold On’.
  • Is it just me or does the choir and orchestra sound especially good today?! ❤🎶❤️

There’s no voice like the brother who was just released. However, this is the first time I’ve listened to this brothers spoken word. And man did it hit me right in the gut. Right in the feels. Those are the exact words I needed to hear right now. Thank you so much. And then the call of the champions right after that, gave me goosebumps throughout the whole piece. We are all called to be champions and can prove that we are as we persevere each and every day. Thank you thank you thank you.

Thanks Tabernacle Choir for your beautiful and wonderful singing voices.
  • This choir never sounds any worse than other times - just always wondrous
  • 🙏🏻ThankYou; another lovely service. 🎶⛪️💞

Loved Ryan Murphy's arrangement of Down By the Riverside. A brand new effective spin on the song. Hearing it in a solemn, meditative mood brought the meaning of the text to life so much more than the New Orleans jazz band renditions we usually hear. And the lighting of the organ pipes during Call of the Champions - using the colors of the rings on the Olympic flag was a truly effective touch. A more inspirational broadcast than usual if such is possible. Thank you all for making my day that much brighter.
  • Thanks for the Worship session, may GOD bless all, Amen Amen. Shalom.
