You know REAL TALK when Andy got hired i thought great another Shottenheimer clone. Once i saw what he did with the team i realized it was talent not scheme. Then The architect Brett Veach got us our general and the rest is history. Big Rad it has been a pleasure! He was a winner in Philly the team just didn't have it!
