If you seem to have more than an inch to pinch on your waist no matter what you eat or whether you focus on intervals or weight training, the problem may not be your stomach but another organ.

You probably don't give much thought to your liver (except maybe when you contemplate that third vodka soda), but its health is key to your overall health and weight. Your liver is the ultimate multitasker: It acts as a filter to remove toxins (like medications and alcohol) and nutrient byproducts such as ammonia from the blood; it aids in digestion by producing bile to help break down fat and absorb fat and water-soluble vitamins and minerals; and it plays a part in regulating glucose, blood pressure, blood sugar, insulin, estrogen, testosterone, immunity, and blood cholesterol production and removal. And you thought you had a long to-do list!

What I love about this channel is that he never tries selling the supplements he recommends. No Amazon affiliate links or anything. He’s just doing it to help people.

I’ve battled with fatty liver off & on and my ALT numbers were high. I drank Dandelion tea & made changes as the doc suggested today. Retested ALT after 2 weeks and it was back to normal range. So many benefits to dandelion I’ve discovered over the years.

Dandelion is the medicine they have been trying to rid our planet of since the early 1950's What hard work to pull those strong roots out of the yard!! All the chemicals and hard work luckily have not destroyed the wonderful Dandelion! Love me some cinnamon as well... Great ideas for all of us!! THANK YOU!

Remember to wait to take your medication 2 hours before or 2 hours after you take the tea.

Milk thistle is good too. Also, if you use cinnamon regularly, it's better to buy the Ceylon cinnamon instead of the regular cheaper cinnamon because it has less curcumin, which can be hard on your liver.
  • Love, love, love this Dr.! Where has he been my whole life. He is helping us stay alive! ❤
