  • No source said Skip would go back to ESPN just goofy internet people gossiping
  • We know damn well Skip isn’t coming back to ESPN long as Shannon is there 😂
  • At the end of the day SKIP still gave these blackmen a opportunity. And hes a legend.
  • Skip a legend. Debating sports on tv wouldn’t even be a thing had not been for him. 💯
  • @holdlgang
Shannon was the only reason I watched undisputed and the reason I stopped watching after he left he was pure entertainment and knowledge.
  • Skip is 73, successful, I doubt he even thought about going back to espn 😂😂 He should just chill 73 yrs old you’re a legend even if other hate you
  • @lamarcus6197
Skip was a person you love to hate 💯💯 nobody who came from a country town in Oklahoma, whose favorite team is the dallas cowboys and craziest fan, to getting known all over the world 💯💯 I say job well done skip. U might be crazy but you never switched 💯💯💯
  • Skip could work for Tom Brady😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
  • Stephen's segment was very petty. ESPN didn't make him say that, he should stand by his words.
  • @a.m.1517
Skip a legendary tv guy regardless of public opinion
  • @holdlgang
Anton I think they wouldn't bring him back even in a different capacity is most likely Skip really burned some bridges when he left.
  • FYI the NFL is in talks with ESPN to acquire a percentage of it and fold NFL Network into it. They've already fired several people from NFL Network to reduce cost and don't want to take on the burden of paying a lot of money to Skip Bayless. ESPN has been steadily losing money the last several years but the NFL doesn't want to see them die ... yet. The success of athletes creating their own podcast shows has also hurt their ratings. Historically ESPN has been one of the most expensive channels for cable TV subscribers to pay for but most people are now cutting the cord.
  • @OTKP
A.D. ending it when he said "I Wanted To Do A Little Acting..." had me 🤣🤣
  • @Prince-cz5qy
Who said Skip wanted ESPN? lol Skip is good.. he just not messy like Shannon & Steven A. .. he don’t have to win public opinion
  • Skip gonna have to focus on building his podcast because his name is too toxic in mainstream sports media thus reason why no one wants to work with him he burned so many bridges at both ESPN and FS1 that retirement is his only option. Build up his podcast platform and go from there.

I agree,...chemistry definitely matters. Skip and Shannon had it, despite how it ended.
  • Imo Skip’s career is done primarily because he strayed away from what gained him prominence. He hopped on the LeBron train like everyone else. When he was on the rise, he was one of the first mainstream pundits to objectively criticize LeBron. Once he partnered with Sharpe, I believe he was bullied into venerating LeBron, because he tried to clout chase. It’s dangerous to forsake what people first knew of you and drew them to you, because this generation are really unforgiving to hypocritical clout chasers. Yea age has something to do with it but I believe it’s more 30% of his decline.
  • Stephen A my 🐐 and one thing bout him that’ll always stay true: He keeps a relationship that goes back 30yrs 😂😂😂
