I miss playing Ocarina of Time with my mum. The only game she played was fishing with the rumble pack and I always let her fish regardless of how much I wanted to play because it was a precious moment with my mum who couldn’t understand video games. I miss her so much.

Just the opening sent tingles up my spine. My mom and I used to play twilight princess all the time. I miss those days.

This just reminds me of when my grandmother put a SNES controller in my hand for the first time, every time I went to see her as a kid, we would spend the whole afternoon playing Link to the Past together on the weekends. Sadly she passed away a week before Twilight Princess, we were planning on playing that game together when it came out, I still have the GC disc and the memory card with the save file of her name I made when I got it

The wind waker was my first zelda. My brother got it on virtual console when he was really little (probably like, 6) from our dad. He wouldn't let me play it though, saying it was "his game" He never got past dragon roost Island so a year later when he stopped caring I picked it up when I was about 10. Its been 8 years and zelda has been my favorite game franchise since.

A lot of these compilations have similar songs. I love the arrangement of songs on this comp! The order is what makes it stand out with the cohesion it brings.

Gerudo Town (Night) is so underrated- absolutely stunning

I heard grandma's theme and I can't stop thinking of my grandma. She was always like Link's grandma, so worried for me, always looking for my well being above hers. Me and my mom, her daughter, took care of her the last days of her life, in the end she admtted I was her favorite grandchild, but because of the pandemic I couldn't be with her in the end. So much I wanted to tell her... Thank her for all she did for me, directly and indirectly. She never knew that she actually saved my life. One time I considered unaliving myself, but the single thought of her made me reconsider. She was a sun when things were bleak. She died over two years ago. I still miss her...

i started playing zelda few weeks ago, a link between worlds, but i can already feel it like a nostalgic game...i absolutly love the soundtrack and i know, as almost everybody here, that in not too many years, i'll be listening to this again and remembering this times... i adore music that teleports me to other periodts in my life, and this is gonna be one for sure. thanks ア for giving it to me. love you

37:21 this was the first game that I remember playing. I played it non-stop with my dad when I was 7. Now that I am 18 I still play it and despite having around 1000 hours in this game I still enjoy playing it like it is my first time.

The hateno village theme just reminds me of when I got my switch for Christmas and played it for hours with my dad I miss when we used to play together
