    I’m only three days into listening and I’m already eating less. I’ve had some really vivid dreams about my late grandmother and come to realize I got a lot of my unhealthy eating habits and body issues from her. One minute she would shove chocolate cake in my face and the next she would tell me how fat and gross I looked. Looking back she had body and eating issues herself. With this I’m able to break the cycle and just take care of myself. I used to wake up starving and irritated and now I wake up feeling great.
  • I'm down 10lbs in 10 days changing nothing but listening to this. I am a sugar binge eater and for the first time in my life I do not want sugar at all. Typically I eat a whole pie for breakfast or a dozen donuts, haven't wanted that at all since 2 days into this. I went from around 12,000 calories a day of junk food to 2,000 calories a day of real food. I can't even force myself to eat junk now, I know that sounds crazy but I have walked to get something, candy, ice cream, etc, a few times only to not be able to bring myself to actullu get and eat it. I am mind blown by how well this works. Can't wait to see what the full 28 days brings.

    I said I would update in the new year. It's been four months that I've been listening to this video each night. I have lost over thirty pounds and am close to reaching my goal of a BMI in the "normal" range. As I said before, the weight didn't disappear like magic but it has never been easier for me to be disciplined. I have been following a program of healthy eating, exercise, and listening to this video and its worked. I feel confident I'll not only reach my initial goal but a new one too, which is to be at the weight I've dreamed of being my entire adult life.

    I listened to this for the first time last night and had nightmares about a horrific trauma that occurred about 25 years ago. I'd never been able to pinpoint the origin of the problem, but today, I suddenly realized that I've struggled with appetite control since that event. This audio definitely brought up the traumatic event for me as the subconscious reason behind my fluctuating weight. My appetite was very small today. I am hopeful that this is the beginning of healing my disordered eating pattern.

    33 days of listening every night and sleeping well. Using the Lose It app and am down just over 11 pounds. I find myself repeating messages to myself when wanting to needlessly eat something. Just put it down, I say. Been telling others on the app to use this video. Thanks.

    As promised I'm back to report in after 31 days of everyday use.
    In that time I've noticed a huge reduction to my cravings of sweets and breads to the point of it almost being nonexistent. Before I'd have an internal monologue fighting with myself not to get snacks but now it's like "meh, don't need it".
    My meal intake has also gone down to the point where I feel satisfied from way smaller portions than I was accustomed to.
    In that time I've lost a total 28lbs and plan to continue using this audio and add an exercise routine as well.
    How about making a RAIN AND THUNDER TRACK?

    I just want to say, I’ve started this a few weeks ago and ever since my life has completely changed. I used to just workout maybe twice a week if that and eat whatever I wanted. Yet after I started listening I’ve woken up at 6am every morning and worked out for 30 min, I no longer snack or eat past 8pm, I’ve been working out every morning before I start my day, & it’s nothing like the old me. I truly believe this video is what has helped transform my life. I’ve lost weight and toned my whole body and completely changed the way I see food and appreciate water. Not only does it help you loose weight it changes ur mental state as well!

  • Started about 3 days ago, each day I've had a decrease in snacking and when it was time for a meal I wasn't able to indulge like I usually do. I suffer from PCOS and staying away from carbs is my strongest weakness. But today I was able to do OMAD and I believe its bc of this video. I listen every night while I fall asleep. I will continue to listen to it, I know its working and I'm excited for the days to come!

    Going on my 3rd week now, I honestly know that this has helped me tremendously. I'm still able to stick with OMAD without feeling like I'm starving. Dow 12 lbs. I walk every morning for 30 mins & indulge in alot of water. But spiritually there has been some sort of awakening and I love it. Finding more inner peace with myself. I will continue to listen to this. DEVOTED!!!❤❤
