I honestly thing the dev may need to make an option for presents like ATK build, Balanced build, Magic Build and DEF build. Just because there is a lot, and it might be overwhelming. They could populate random sets of characters that fit the above for a quick start option.

From at least this video itself, the game strikes me as the saner* cousin to something like Siralim Ultimate or Purgatory Dungeoneer. Definitely up my alley. *I have no clue how insane this might get

Harry seems best kept in the back of the middle row, that way he has 3 valid targets for his Support ability (Top Back, Middle Front, Bottom Back). Though as long as he is next to the person who most likely will be the recipient of the Support skill that's all that really matters.
