My grandpa started to learn the violin when he was 67 years old. He spoke around 9 languages fluently, besides his profession of being a doctor, he was an artist, a musician, a craftsman, a real do- it- yourself man. I feel ashamed that I was not able to learn as much from him as I'm craving for right now. I miss him, and wish I could turn the time backwards and spend the old days together with him. I can still see his smile when he sees me grabbing my guitar. I miss you grandpa.. I miss you..

I still remember where I was when I first watched the trailer all those years ago. I was sitting at the kitchen counter of my brother’s house in the Hamptons, and I had chicken curry salad sitting next to me. And a grape half fell out of my mouth. I was stunned and little frisson shivers kept running up my arms and spine.
