Love all of the looks with the tied blouses. Would love a tutorial on how to tie button up shirts at the waist. There are many on you tube, but they all go too fast and don't have enough explanation. Thanks for the ideas! (I am also from NC originally 😊)

Hi Lori, I just love the black jacket/gold buttons over your black sleeveless dress. You could wear that outfit anywhere and look perfect! You may remember that I am only 4'9" (gravity has taken a toll on my previously 4'11 3/4" frame...) and I have to have an outfit for "grandmother of the groom" wedding next June. I haven't bought the silk skirt yet so don't know how it will fit but, since the mother of the groom is wearing green, I would like to wear green, too. I am thinking of buying either the dark green silk skirt or the moss green shade. I would then just need to find a top to go with the skirt to try to formalize the outfit. The wedding will be in California up in the mountains. What do you think?
