the babywipes by your bed to give yourself a freshen up to 'continue to rot in your little pit' is hilarious but also such a genuinely good tip I have never heard before. It takes away the 'weight' of having to get up and do a whole bath (which can seem like the hardest longest crappiest concept ever), and makes it seem doable because its so quick and you can go back to the 'comfort' (easiness I guess) of continuing to rot in your little pit. But can make you feel that little bit better because you did something good for yourself and because your a bit cleaner and fresher. Good tip! :D

I got a shower seat, even though I don’t have mobility or pain issues, and it has helped for when I do end up showering. Knowing I can sit down makes it less overwhelming I got a basket to kind of collect my dirty dishes in one place on the counter so it doesn’t end up taking up/blocking my whole sink Alarms for everything- including remembering to put laundry in the dryer Trying to have compassion for myself. Because doing the best we can is doing great

@4:20 I know I have found my people when y'all start talking about the assault of minty toothpaste. My poor tormented undiagnosed childhood. I would scream and rage about aquafresh, and crest, and all of this disgusting hyper minty toothpaste that literally caused pain in my mouth. So grateful for my adulthood which can manage toothbrushing on my own terms and I love both of your tips. Thank you,glo

I love you Glo! And I love watching your videos. 🥰🥰 I'm 54, Australian, and was diagnosed with major depression and general anxiety in 2005 and have been on the same medication since then. Over 2016-17 I had a major breakdown, after working with chronic stress for most of my adult working life. In 2018 I tried to re-start my photography business, so I could get off unemployment benefits, but that didn't go anywhere because I was still burnt out and depressed, so had to eventually go back on unemployment, but with medical certificates every 3 months, so I didn't have to actually look for or apply for jobs. In July 2019 I found out my mum had Pancreatic cancer and that triggered a lot of childhood trauma issues. I went to stay with her in September 2019 and was planning on staying for as long as it took, but after only a few days, she called 2 of my sisters and my brother who came to mum's and pretty much ganged up on me. I won't go into details about what happened, but it ended up with mum telling me she didn't want me there, so I was traumatised again by the whole incident. Mum passed on Boxing day that year. In March 2021 I was diagnosed with BPD (but I also suspect I'm on the autistic spectrum). I haven't been able to work since my last job (contract) was terminated early, in Nov 2017. Late last year I applied for Disability Support Pension (Australia) which sounds like your PIP. It took 6-7 months for them to finally do their assessment and make a judgement - I was denied. So, I'm still on unemployment benefits, but getting medical certificates from my doctor every 3 months is a pain. Honestly, the government makes it so bloody hard!! I totally agree with you that our governments are to blame for the large number of mental health patients, because they have allowed the pharmaceutical and major food companies to do this to us. I believe, it's largely, if not totally, all the chemicals, heavy metal particles and other crap they've been putting in our foods, vaccines, medications, in the air & water supplies for decades, that is causing all of this. Not just mental illnesses but all physical illnesses as well. 🤬🤬🤬🤬 Anyway, sorry this is so long. Keep up the great work you're doing and take care of yourself. One day at a time is the best way to go, or even one hour, or minute, at a time if that's what it takes. 😘💕🌻🌼🌺🙏

Thank you so much for this. I am currently diagnosed with clinical and post partum depression, C-PTSD and anxiety. I'm on an 18 month NHS waiting list to be screened for BPD and ADHD. This video has helped me so much.

Thank you so much for sharing, I've subscribed. It's great to hear from someone who has similar experiences to myself. I have autism, BPD and severe social anxiety around leaving the house. And have also been on fluoxetine and sertraline. The tips are great. I've got PIP as well, definitely worth applying for it and filling out for your worst day case.

Hi Glo, I'm a new fan of your channel. I haven't been diagnosed with anything, but my therapist, who was given to me by the NHS, told me he thought I might have BPD (he called it EUPD, but I think they are the same/similar), however, I don't have him anymore as it was only a 20 week programme. Then I've also been being told by my autistic friends that I'm exhibiting the same symptoms as them and their family members. If I was to try and get a diagnosis for either of these, how would you recommend to go about it? Sorry for bothering you <3

Dear Glo, Thank you for all the content. I've just been diagnosed 2 months ago at age 46. I've been in a relationship for the past 2 years but it's caused a lot of damage. While I'm seeking therapy my partner hasn't found anyone who can help. She's not interested in speaking to just any therapist. Are there any groups etc for partners of those who live/ love with BPD? She'd like to speak to fellow companions. Any help/ advice would be really appreciated.

Hey Glo, I haven’t watched any of your videos yet but I plan on doing so. I have severe BPD and ASD and it’s destroying my life right now. Could really use someone to talk to who’s going through the same stuff. Comment back if you’re interested. Thanks!
