Can the word "Batao" be considered as a formal conversation anywhere Mr Raj Ji? Also, just see the person who's sitting in front of you. He's the former Corps Commander and the former IDS Chief with the rank of Lt Gen. If we just leave beside these formalities too, there's a way of talking to a person who's senior than you in terms of age also. Talking to an elder person, I Mean, an elementary school going kid also is very well aware of this thing. Though you haven't done this thing intentionally or you must be having this dialect but yeah, you can shift to "Bataiye or Batayein" at least while talking to a senior person than you. Regards. Jai Hind 🇮🇳
  • @RishalDwivedi
“Batao” nahi “Bataiye”, “aap bata skte hein?” . Unke “Age” aur “kaam” ka respect to do.
  • @ADSWR
"Be a citizen worth dying for" Would never want anyone to die for me, but if they do, I should be damn well deserving of that sacrifice. The motivation we all need. Wise words!
  • @avya1942
Pehli bar comments krne walo ke liye respect badh gayi, and yes Give more respect to this Legend.
  • Raj, PLEASE NOTE :- when a person is talking or replying to your questions that too a TOP Army Official, always make it a point to look into their eyes as a sign of respect. For Eg; - @ 46:00 and during many other time , you are simply looking elsewhere that too for more than 2 seconds, which will makes the person feel unheard. If it was someone else the interview would have ended then and there itself. I salute the army officer for his patience with you.

As an Army aspirant this podcast is very special for me. I'm preparing myself for army and my both elder brothers are serving in Indian army (Assam regiment and Naga regiment) and also my father was in Assam police. I watch every defence veteran podcast it's gives me goosebumps, motivation and many things to learn which can't be described in words. Jai Hind 🇮🇳
