We are right in the 🎯 for this storm. Just north of Gainesville Florida. We’ve been through this many times, but prayers are always appreciated…..especially to keep the tornadoes away!! Thanks in advance to all the prayer warriors out there!

We lost power for 12 days North of Houston with Beryl, and it wasn’t supposed to be too bad. Trees down galore. Hope FL makes it out okay.

I rode out Beryl while staying with my dayghter for a couole weeks and we were out of power for nealry 2 weeks. We were able to get a generator for the last couple of days but it all sucked. Warning to FL folks Beryl was only a cat 1 and left a mess. Don't sleep on these "smaller" hurricanes. They will still chew you up and spit you out. Stay safe everyone! Dont Be Scared Be Prepared!

I'm in St. Petersburg Florida and we're getting the feeder bands over and over. Lots of rain and wind right now. It's dark out too. Praying for all.

I am sure many Floridians are prepared as they've been through many storms but I certainly hope that all the new residents heed the warnings and prepare now for what is coming.

Full time rvers from MacDill AFB. Planned the escape to Lakeland FL. 3 days ahead. We didn't wait for evacuation orders. We just didn't want to deal with the indecision and guessing of when the decision was going to be made. We were correct in the advanced planning and left with no problems. Our friends in full time rvs are in St. Pete (from MacDill)at a rv park there and are getting major wind and rain. Rigs are rocking from it all. We made right decision leaving close to the coast.

Already had a tornado warning east of Sarasota, FL☹️. I hate storms that come in during the night because you can't see the trees falling or tornadoes coming.

I live in southeastern NC about 30 miles from the ocean. This storm is looking scary. Our ground here is already pretty saturated right now from recent rain. Praying for our friends down the road in SC and elsewhere. 💖

We got 11 inches of rain in 3 days here in N. Texas earlier this year. I can't imagine 30 inches.

They have closed Busch Gardens in Tampa. Already flight delays at Tampa International. I'm 40 miles north of Tampa. Our weather is cloudy with light wind. My husband is working outside right now.
