You should write a book called “Letters to Landon” and write your story but in the traumatic times with him, sometimes it’s easier to write a letter to them directly in what they did, the impact and then letting it go. Im proud of you that you’ve gotten to where you are today. You will help so many people…so many teen moms that can relate. I, too, was a teen mom whom dealt with insecurities, typical teen selfishness (bc I was still a teen but have forgiven myself for behavior of a selfish teen), mental/emotional/physical abuse that I felt I could not tell anyone because the fear of everyone hating my bf…my sons father. When they found out, they did hate him but it was bc they love me and I finally see that. The journey of journaling saved my life.
  • 60 year old grandma here who stumbled on your channel about 3 months before you lost your husband; everything aside I feel compelled to tell you how brave you are, how composed you are and how proud I am of you. You have been through more than a young person should ever go through but you have come out strong and we are here for you.
  • Unless you’ve known an addict you don’t know how drastically different they are on vs off drugs. Proud of you for sharing your story cam❤️
  • You don't realize it now, but these videos will definitely help Coco and Delilah deal with the loss later as they learn everything and have to go through the loss of their dad 😭

the fact that you recognize maybe you weren't the best person, is what matters. Thats something so many people cant do. from one teen mom to another ,your doing great and the best you can for your girls. Keep your crown up okay Queen?
  • @lex1fy
“i knew better but i didnt think of myself that highly in order to hold myself to better standards” you put into words exactly something i’ve always felt but never processed or put into words. thank you for this video cam

You are literally so strong, Cam. You’re the best mother, daughter, sister, and friend ever. You are amazing and have made an impacted everyone’s life around you.

As someone who watched her dad suffer with mental illness and lost him young, I can say telling both Landon’s story and your own will one day be healing for the girls. They’ll have questions and they’ll be able to approach the answers at their own pace in a way they feel comfortable with. My dad wrote his story of depression, trauma, alcoholism, and other addiction down in various ways and so I can safely say you are giving the girls one of the best gifts you can for all three of you. You are amazing and should be so proud of yourself and your strength for doing this
  • So proud of you can for coming out to the world and being so brave. You go girl

I cant imagine how hard it is to be in this situation so young with 2 children and already been married. The fact your still making content for us all too. You guys will always have a place in my heart 🥰❤️
  • @kylaliz
i can’t imagine how hard it was for both of you to go through something like that, im so glad you’re opening up. people could use some advice from you & know you’re helping others around the world!❤️❤️❤️ you’re not making him the bad guy, you’re telling your story.
  • I honestly have so much respect for this family, like not even words can explain, Cam ur so amazing and inspiring ur such a good mom to ur kids, Landon will be so proud of you, u’ve come so far, Landon and you all will always be in our hearts, your absolutely awesome cam!
  • I remember when Coco was six months old and just starting to try solid food, and now she’s a whole walking and talking person and DD is huge! It feels like just yesterday that she was born! You’ve come such a long way and everyone is so proud of you
  • landon’s story really was an eye opener for me. made me realize the repercussions of my potential actions. thank you for sharing <3
  • I'm 51. I not only was involved with an addict for 20 yrs. I became an addict myself. I know the life you experienced. I know the secrets that you kept because I did it too. But I wasn't 14 or 16 I was an adult. I found recovery and I am 17 yrs clean from those demons but it is something I still have to work on daily. This is going to be healthy and healing for you as well as freedom from the demons as well as helping others too .
  • I have been watching you since you got pregnant with your first daughter. Shortly after I was watching all your videos trying to get answers on what my life was going to look like as a teen mom. You have helped me so much throughout the years and it its almost like you've helped me grow along the way. I wish you nothing but happiness girly ❣️
  • @AuntieStephInAZ
As a now 36 year old Mom, who was also pregnant at 16, I can attest to the strength and focus it's taken you to self reflect. I did not lose my husband, we have been married since I was 17, but I lost myself for a long while. I didn't really fit in anywhere in the Wife or Mom world, but I made my own path. I have much enjoyed watching you grow, blossom, and come into this new season with true strength and courage. I admire you. You are an amazing Mother, and I'm so proud of you!
  • @belladass97
Cam, you’re such a beautiful and strong person and definitely a role model to many. We love you and the girls so much. We support you always and forever throughout anything. Can’t wait to watch the video❤️
  • 14 months sober, and you and your stories are TRULY helping me stay on this path. Your pain is not in vain, as you unwittingly are helping many of us not turn back down the wrong path. You're worth it, if I can say nothing else. Thank you.
  • @x.Kristen.x
My daughters dad passed away from his mental illness & addiction. I was 15 when we met & I also ignored so many signs. I was just so young & was pregnant at such a young age that I wanted us to work out. I was so depressed & angry for so long. He put me through so much trauma also. Thank you so much for making this.
