  • Honestly of all the villain deaths Disney’s poured out throughout the years i think Facilier Definitely got the worst one, man got literally dragged to hell kicking and screaming

3:57 The thing that gets me here is that the demons show up the literal second the pendant is broken. It’s like they were always with him, watching him, waiting to pounce on him the second he screws up. Shivers dude…
  • He’s one of the most interesting villains to me because he’s pretty much a little man who can wield a lot of power; more than even he can really handle. While he’s trying to puppeteer others, he’s desperately trying to free himself from the debts that control him. That dynamic is one you don’t see explored often, and definitely not in Disney films, and Kieth David’s performance SERIOUSLY sells everything this character is supposed to represent.
  • I never fully realized until now the absolutely irresponsible quantity of D R I P this man has
  • I love how Facilier didn't get some watered down kids ending "Oh no he was arrested and punished". No, Facilier was dragged screaming and begging into the depths of Hell or worse by VooDoo monsters and that's the end of it. Obviously being grown up I'm not as invested in Disney movies as I once was but man, this is one of the few I'll come back too and watch.

“Fun fact about voodoo Larry; can’t conjure a thing for ourselves” is such an underrated villain quote in Disney
  • I like how unlike most Disney villains, Dr. Facilier actually keeps his chill.

For some reason, Facilie's end is the most terrifying death imo in Disney movies. And the helpless desperation as he says he "just needs a little more time" to an uncaring, otherworldly force still haunts me to this day

"Aren't you tired of living on the margins? While all those fat cats in their fancy cars don't give you so much as a SIDEWAYS GLANCE ?" That line delivered with Keith David's scorned tone of voice illustrates a deep insight into Facilier's upbringing.

His death still terrifies me. Looking at a mostly mischievous man who shows no remorse for tricking people look and show terrified and in fear, gives me the chills.
  • He has got to be my favorite Disney villain, his sassiness, the look, the voice, the outfit, everything about him is just so amazing

I love the expressions from the Loa during the deal scene: 1:57 “We’re losing our patience, Facilier!” 2:33 “What do ya say, boys? Shall we give the doc one last chance?”
  • I just love that whoever made this video considered the worst 40 seconds of Dr. Facilier's life to be one of his best moments.
  • By judging his wary contemplation, you can tell that Facilier is quite scared for his life when he has no choice but to ask for help from the Loa. More than likely, he knew that this would be his last chance before the Loa came for him

Truly, the villain with the most drip. Smoothest man they'd made
  • @WillScarlet16
I want to point out how much detail there is to Facilier's body language - you'd expect him to stand ramrod straight all the time like Jafar or Frollo and be cool and elegant, and Facilier does stand straight and tall when he's trying to charm someone. But when he's agitated he hunches more, stands legs apart and gestures wildly - his body language is someone who's not quite as refined as he wants you to believe.
  • @cloudshifter
I noticed that when they start dragging him in the end, they replicate his voice to mock him as the demons they are.

Keith David is a MASTER in whatever he does! He deserves his flowers! 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

This man has a way of talking, he could convince me to give him my credit card information and social security number within five minutes of meeting him
