I hate ai art with a passion

as a 17 y/o digital artist, i related to a lot of these as i continue to figure out my art style. for months, even years on end, my art style would always be labeled as "anime" or "cartoonish," and to tell you the truth, i just wasn't satisfied with it. although, that was a while ago. since then i've developed a style that looks much more realistic. before that i never really paid much attention to detail, but now i do, and i'm very happy with the results :) not everyone is going to have a similar art style to you, not everyone is going to like your art style, and that's okay. if you are worried about what other people will think, don't do it for those people, do it because it's what you like to do. i think the best advice i've heard and that i can give to artists my age and artists who are younger is to experiment and try new things, because you learn from it. don't let the fear of messing up hold you back, we're only human. but also remember, you still made art, and you still have the ability to create something. beginner artist, amateur artist, it doesn't matter. you are still an artist, and that is a valuable skill to have 🩷

I used to draw adult swim cartoons but now I have improved and I now draw semi realistic. So proud of myself

My art style is fairly cartoony, but I render it with so many shading and lighting layers. The actual subject matter of what I draw is most often villains and monsters.

As a 12 year old artist, I can confirm that markers are usually really expensive, or really cheap, and the airbrush tactic was discovered when I was 10 yrs old ;_; 😂 Thx for 1k

art means the various branches of creative activity, such as painting, music, literature, and dance so there should be a part two of the different type of arts like dance and music
