The lost difficulty will have double the limit of towers and also now you can place 12 farms after the balance update, extra info: the boss would have 3.750.000 HP instead of 6.500.000 after the balancing update, with that it is put as an extra hard mode with a special selection of maps only avaible to this dificulty such as insane ( and exclusive ) expert maps, Towers do 15% more damage but 5% less cash from enemies, avaible at level 45, Lost mode

This might also be a bit “easier” that it seems, it seems rlly hard with high hp stuff but u also get increased money with the higher hp, u might already have an accel wave 10, maybe even already multiple
