I just wanted to thank you for helping me to make real dinners more often lately! Your videos are straightforward and simple, usually with ingredients I have around, and make me feel less overwhelmed about cooking dinner. And although I have two Instant Pots, Iāve been slow cooking in them lately, because Iāve found I have less anxiety if I just get dinner going early, when Iām not already worn out and stressed from the day.
