This song is everything I could've dreamed of and more. I'll do my best to make it justice in the animation.
Thanks for putting so much effort into it amella ♡ -
“Give her hell for me.”
“I will.” -
Someone's about to suffer a horrible, yet justifiable death at the hands of the man who speaks in... well... hands.
-
The only thing scarier than a man with nothing left to fear, is a man with nothing left to lose.
-
Here to remind you this isn't music for a fight scene.
It's music for an Execution -
This next episode...
seems...
very...
very...
INTERESTING. -
"Is This all?... Then..."
"My Turn." -
This is the literal image of
"When fear fears" -
"The worst thing you can do to a man is take away everything he loves, but the worst mistake you can make is to cross his path again."
-Sun Tzu -
This screams “Gaster” so much. I love it.
-
He came back....and achieved happiness......just to have it all ripped away.
The man who had everything......then nothing......and then got it all back.
The man who after millennia of resets finally gets to see his sons.
All of that taken away by a single entity.
This song encompases the rage of a father...the sadness of a lost friend....and the absolute HATE of someone who had their happiness torn away.
You can hear in the buildup his sadness.....which spills over into anger.....then rage....then hate...and finally....the determination to do whatever it takes.
Gaster is a father, a freind...but most importantly he is a scientist. And when a scientist encounters a failed experiment......or a problem that can challenge their intellect.....
They are DETERMINED to solve or rectify that.
This song is amazing. -
It's really amazing how this sounds less like a fight theme and more like an execution theme, a "last judgement" type of thing. It's amazing how much story you can tell just with a song alone
-
He was brave enough to see he's sons get killed and reset every time
He was patient enough to wait to get out again
He persevered throw his pain
They were kind enough to give him a second chance
His integrity was limitless
He believes that justice will be handed to him one day
He was determined to see his sons again...
...
...
...
...
...
And now he hates the very being that took everything away from him -
So... A 12 minute battle with Gaster at his prime? That sounds like something I will gladly wait a long time for.
A Primal Gaster fight is something that would take a lot of time and effort after all. -
Chara: “where’s Betty?” Gaster: “gone reduced to atoms”
-
Betty: what we have got here?
a Comedian...
a Hand Speaking
and the chef one
Chara: That is my line bish -
This soundtrack is the true definition of the "So, you have chosen death" line.
After losing important people in his life from Betty Noire's wrath, Gaster turned into the monster his father Roman wanted him to be, a monster so powerful, that even fear itself feared him.
He was tired of seeing the ones he loved and cared for perish while he couldn't do anything to save them. He unleashed a version of himself he hadn't been using for a very long time and became the most powerful character of the entire series in the process.
He could've finished Betty and HATE all together for good in that fight however that would risk taking his own life and Papyrus's too. Papyrus made the right choice by stopping Gaster from what he's doing otherwise they would both get killed and let Asriel and Chara finish what was left of Betty Noire, HATE instead. -
What I see and hear is A N G E R
-
Well, it seems like Gaster is gonna keep his promise for Jessica, give Betty hell for her!
-
Betty: No, fear can only be defeated by determination, you can't destroy me!
Gaster: Ha hA FunNy BLaSter go BRRRRRRRR
