Y'know this makes me think.🤔 If a hypothetical Ssj Blue 3 were to happen I'd like for it to be the complete opposite of regular Ssj 3. Instead of taking away power, it constantly gives it. Giving more energy than the he body can handle. This makes Goku have a constant need to get rid of the energy or else he'd risk turning into red confetti. I think it'd be pretty interesting considering it's the opposite of what he's had to do the entire time wih regular Blue. And I guess you could think of it just as useless but if that energy is placed right, the enemy facing it would pretty much be 💀

I wonder if Goku's mind for training the stamina for Blue is kind of like he and Gohan just sitting in SSJ as a base level and then powering up additionally from there. Like, maybe one day Goku will just be able to sit there in Blue with little stress.

It's like this. Normal Super Saiyan is a boost. Super Saiyan 2 is kind of true Super Saiyan, boost on boost driven by even more rage. Super Saiyan 3 is power hungry boost over Super Saiyan 2. It follows some elements of Apes in form of long hair, there is a reason why Super Saiyan 4 from GT had hairy appearance. Super Saiyan God is Super Saiyan with God Ki. It focus on speed and agility. Super Saiyan Blue is powered up Super Saiyan God, its like Super Saiyan 2, it's true Super Saiyan God form. And it drains a lot of Ki and Stamina. Perfected Super Saiyan Blue is like Super Saiyan 3, even bigger boost with danger. Ultra Instinct and Ultra Ego are godly techniques. You need God Ki to use them. But Ultra Instinct is more of a state. Goku can be in Ultra Instinct forever in his base form but he needs training. And in my opinion, since Goku can use Hakai or Destruction powers like God of Destruction Ultra Ego is not that good, at least for him. Vegeta is more tuned to learn Destruction than easy going Goku who can instead focus on Ultra Instinct than learning both. Also, Ultra Instinct has a flaw, it can not respond to moves beyond the user's perception. For example Beast Gohan was able to fight it by increasing his speed beyond Goku's perception just like Goku did against Hit.
