OMG, Strawberry Shortcake😲..Rainbow Brite, Strawberry Shortcake, Monchhichi's, Jem, Smurfs, etc..45 and a mom and many of the cartoons over last couple decades my kid watched, don't come close to the 80's. Yet some from that era are, well, 😳🫣🤷♀️. We raised him on many of the old Disney movies and "some", lol, of the cartoons from our era. He's appreciated them more and he's definitely an old soul.

I live in Missouri and I hate cicadas. I worked at a sheriffs office and one of the deputies put a cicada in an evidence bag. He handed the thing to me and said to put it in the evidence locker. I was working as dispatcher and I screamed when I picked it up. They were all laughing at me and I was screaming. They are gross!!

We used to wear the cicada shells bc they stick to your shirt due to their sharp legs. You had to wear one as a member of our "club":)

someone else already mentioned this but I second the suggestion to use a blow dryer on the projector screen! it works pretty well, just kinda smooth it with your hands as you work along, having a helper makes it a lot easier.
