When I first came across Oliver Anthony and his music, I was blown away to say the least. He had a whole collection of songs that I could listen to for hours. Oliver resides in Farmville, VA with his 3 dogs and a plot of land he plans on turning into a small farm to raise livestock. We have a whole mess of songs set to release of Oliver for your viewing and listening pleasure, he is truly special and notes his biggest influence as Hank Williams Jr. Oliver wants to give hope to the working class and your average hard working young man who may have lost hope in the grind of trying to get by.

"young men are putting themselves 6 feet in the ground, cuz all this damn country does is keep on kicking them down!" hit like a train....

Oliver, when this came out I was homeless, on drugs, and then jail. I now have a house, job, and husband. This song and “Clover Cage - In the Moment” are the two songs that helped get rid of my depression. I just want to send love to everyone and I want everyone to know things will get better. We are in this together..I love you ❤️

I’m torn on what’s better, the song or reading the comments connecting people from all over the world. Cheers to everyone who feels this song in their heart.

2:30A.M. working nights in the oilfield, listening to Oliver Anthony, hating those rich men north of Richmond.
  • I work 60hrs a week as a diesel mechanic. Come home and run a shop at home. Constantly working so my son has everything I didn’t. Wouldn’t change it for the world though.

Feels like I’ve been in a music desert and this man just gave me a glass of water.
  • I work a factory job. Supporting my wife, my child, and sick parents. This song resonates with more people than just me.

I am from Peru and I never thought I would feel so identified with a song. I find it incredible that the lyrics unite so many people from different countries, religions, customs. I think there are many things that unite us regardless of our differences and prejudices. Oliver you are fantastic

I’m a 38 year old man with a wife and 4 year old daughter. Did 17 years in the auto factory and quit a year ago to move to New Brunswick Canada to be with my family. I’ve listened to this song 20 times today.

It's hard being raised for a world that no longer exists. An old soul living in the new world hits hard.
  • @NewWorldStoner
There's more truth in this 3 minute song than the last 3 years of mainstream media
  • @BrettS98

Anyone else who's living rough, struggling with addiction, struggling to hold on, know you're not alone.
