I recommend to cut sprues more after you cut it off the runner. When you cut right up to the part after, you are pinching the part, hence the scarring and stress marks. If you cut a few more times before cutting up to the part, you will have almost no stress markings. It might add some time per piece but I think it is worth it to reduce the blemishes.
