In Capuchin if you read the board at spawn it says something along the lines of they are making updates to the games and that they still have to pay for photon (pretty sure that’s what it is)

capuchin is getting remade so that's why you couldn't purchase any items or play in multiplayer (also there is a ton of more stuff you didn't check in the game)
