For example, at around 10:35ish, it says 11月15日. 月 has a variety of different meanings, but in this context, this kanji means ‘Gatsu’, indicating which month it is. So, it’s November as November is the 11th month. 日 also can be used in several different ways, but this kanji, used in dates, is ‘Nichi’, which you put after what day of the month it is. It can also be ‘Ka’ but that’s for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 14th, 20th, and 24th days of said month. So, the date is November 15th. I could rant on and on about days of the week but I don’t want this comment getting too long lol. But thanks for posting this Lauren!
