This is the first part of a short video series on Facebook Horizon world builder visual scripting. In Part 1 we will show the basics of using triggers to change the color of a target object. Then play a sound on trigger (NOTE: sounds do not play in video as the audio feed is only on the mic. They were audible in the experience)

!Sorry about the occasional heavy breaths. The microphone was positioned really close to try and cancel out some of the background noise!

  • Really informative. I was having some trouble wrapping my head around some of the more abstract concepts, but you were able to explain in such a way that made a ton of sense. Great content!
  • Thank you so much for your help! Facebook doesn’t have much yet and your demo is easy to follow. My question: You are hard coding the colors for the text number. Is it possible to set the color variable to the color of the ring no matter what it might be (so the 255 is truly variable)?
  • @jusherbtv
I don't see Paint object in new version

What is your world creator name on the oculus

This may have been a great video. But NONE of the dragging item names works any more, and the pop-ups have changed, so I assume so has how you interconnect the objects. Nothing worked as shown in this video.
