ISSUE: The hopper can't run into the top of the egg dispenser in the chicken farm, it needs to run into the side, otherwise the baby chickens escape. Totally slipped my mind when building it!

To those of you saying redstone shouldn't be used in a starter base: You can get stacks upon stacks of it on your first mining session. This base would be entirely possible within a few hours of playing in a world!

For those complaining about the Redstone and hoppers for this base, those have mostly been added as little projects you can do to easily expand the base. IE: sure he uses Redstone and hoppers for fueling the furnaces, but until you get that set up you can just do that part manually. Same with the nether portal and chicken farm.
