Who Doesn't Love Quiche?! Quick Meal

Make every meal a superfood meal. Quick, healthy, nutritious and delicious. You can make these however you want them. Use any ingredients you like!

With mine I had:
Skinned Alaskan Salmon
Dill
Cilantro
Peppered applewood smoked bacon
Cubed pepper jack
Cubed mozzarella
Fire roasted tomato
Pepperoni
Chopped bell pepper
Diced jalepeno
4 eggs, 4 egg whites, 2 tbsp heavy cream
Pink Himalayan salt
Black pepper
Onion powder
Other seasoning I like. (Try your own)

Baked at 325 for 16-20min. Cool for 5 min. Enjoy!
