Pain of rejection, crying as release. Processing old wounds. Bipolar, PTSD.

This video has edited captions in English. Cried a bit captioning it a year later.

My name is Xanthe Wyse. Diagnosed bipolar disorder (type 1) and post-traumatic stress disorder.

I don't cry much but when I do, it can be hard to stop. Recent mood crash. I actually find the crying to be a release.

Been processing some very old wounds linked to rejection.

I didn't like the camera so close (feels like is invading my space) but currently having trouble articulating louder. Sorry if can't make out what I'm saying while I process.
