Pasta Alla Buttera
Ingredients:
-Pasta
-Italian Sausage
-Olive Oil
-Crushed San Marzano tomatoes
-Heavy Cream
-Peas
-Parmesan
-Salt, Pepper, Red crushed pepper

Instructions:
Begin with adding a drizzle of olive oil to a pan. Next add in your Italian sausage and break down to small pieces while cooking if you did not purchase it already ground. Cook till the sausage is brown, then add your tomatoes. Add salt, pepper, and red crushed pepper to the sauce, then cook on low heat till your pasta is near to finish. Add some heavy cream and peas, stir together. Add in your pasta, a splash of pasta water, and the parmesan cheese. THATS IT! BUON APPETITO BETCH!
