Gilbert Gottfried will always be the best version of him. That voice and laugh fits the character so perfectly that's it's scary.

I love how in most of these appearances, people react to Mxy like he's an unstoppable world-threatening doombringer, but in the 90s animated series, Clark just does not give anything resembling a shit about him! Hell, it seems like he's having to hold back from laughing out loud.

He is one of the reasons Superman never lose because he is secretly protecting him. In Injustice storyline he even masqueraded as the Spectre just to protect Superman because Superman is supposed to be his favorite toy.

Fun fact, the Joker once tricked Mxyzptlk into giving him 99% of his power in the comics. He became God Emperor Joker... Just imagine the mayhem. Thought I'd share. :)

I love how Gilbert Godfried voices the character in both STAS and JLA. Part of me wonders if it’s to make up for not being able to make a dedicated Justice League episode back in the day.
