HBK knows hell why humility is important. His ego almost destroyed him during the 90s.

Shawn is actually a great guy to learn humility from. His lack of humility almost cost him his career, so he had to find that humility much alter in life than most. He's the guy that can guide the new guys in the right direction, because he has been them, if not worse

Humility is important to shawn because he had issues with this back when he was using.

I think HBK is the perfect person to give this kind of talk to young recruits. You can have all the talent in the world, but you got to be able to work with others and HBK learned that the hard way and has thankfully changed
