I like how you said you have to hack your life. I frequently put things, or throw things, where I know they will be in my way later so I will remember to take care of them or put them away. Roommates think it's weird, but it really helps me.
  • Haha, i was literally reading comments, as you said we might be reading comments while listening.
  • @JuanMoreno23
Man, so many parallels! I get you bro. I NEED to BE in control of my time. Feeling like others are trying to exert control over my time seriously bugs me.

Honestly thanks so much for making this - I was recently diagnosed and had no idea I had adhd. Seeing how you are still able to manage so many spinning plates has given me a lot of hope. I’m so determined to find coping mechanisms so I can finally meet goals that have been so confusingly out of reach for me so far. I know you have a lot of videos on how you manage workflow but if you need ideas for adhd content I’d be really interested to see an in-depth explanation of any of these systems - calendar/ task master etc. I have such a problem sticking to any one organisation system that, crucially, I feel I can trust. Thanks for this video - honestly you’ve made me feel a lot more hopeful about adhd than most other creators on here!

Dude. Mind=blown. I do half of this stuff already and the rest are great tips! Thanks so much! New sub! Would also love a ADHD+programming video (I always struggle with context switching from implementing one feature to another etc). Also, any tips on how to use digital notes/calendar without getting distracted? I keep going between paper and digital because digital is more convenient, but I always open my to-do and then an hour goes by and I don't know what happened (for example a quick wiki search led to more wikipedia, youtube, etc).

So funny that you said put it on two times speed just as I was reaching for the 2x speed button 🀣🀣 Really enjoying your ADHD videos. Thank you!
  • @patc2515
I am honestly blown away by how many things you say and do, the behaviors, quirks, self learned tricks, etc. That i can see myself in. Many of the unusual things you do are the exact same things i do. Putting your keys on the food in the fridge for example is me all day. Its amazing. I own 2 businesses and have significant attention deficit and without odd and unusual hacks, i literally wouldnt survive and my businesses would both fail for sure. For the first time in adult life, ive finally decided to medicate and hopefully better manage my ADD, (i dont have the HD part).. thanks for making this content and sharing your story!
  • @cryoq1
3:58 that's so smart. So many times i forget food at someone's house. Just gotta hope that i don't completely forget abt putting them in the fridge
  • @Crazycatlady86

  • @SanctifiedLady
Your videos are helping me the most out of all the content I’ve seen. Very detailed even with your doses and changes. Thank you so much!
  • @RODDAL
I just want to say thank you so much for making all the videos in this series. I am not officially diagnosed, but they have helped me so much. Literally watched every single one sobbing.
