Our comprehensive calculator that shows your 5-year cost for your State here ➑️ bizbuddy.com/llc-cost/

Here's how we break down the top 5 LLC formation services πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡ Below the paid links is an explanation of how we arrived at the list and recommended packages.

1. Bizee (Formerly Incfile) - bizbuddy.com/bizee-llc
2. ZenBusiness - bizbuddy.com/zenbusiness-llc
3. Northwest Registered Agent - bizbuddy.com/northwest-llc
4. LegalZoom - bizbuddy.com/legalzoom-llc
5. TailorBrands - bizbuddy.com/tailorbrands-llc

Recommended Package: Bizee Gold
Rationale: The midtier Bizee package sets you up with EIN and business banking from day 1. This is going to make your setup and year end financials so much easier for you when everything is setup correctly day 1. Choose Your State Here! ➑️ bizbuddy.com/Calc-Bizee

Let's breakdown where that ranking comes from when comparing Bizee vs ZenBusiness vs TailorBrands vs LegalZoom vs Northwest Registered Agent.

5 - TailorBrands I found to have the least transparency on pricing, services and packages. You pretty much have to email support to figure out what is you're buying and how much it costs. They have the least amount of track record in the LLC formation space. They also have subscription fees in the mid/high tier packages.

4 - LegalZoom has the longest track record but has taken on so much investment that they are far and away the most expensive service.

3. Northwest Registered Agent hasn't taken on any funding and they're affordable. They have good options for out-of-country business owners trying to set up an LLC in the US

2. ZenBusiness used to have higher fees but has recently started a $0 plus state fee to match Bizee/Incfile. They don't offer the registered agent free for the first year so if you want that you can go with Bizee to save some money... however they offer a guarantee of their service with helpful customer support.

1. Bizee is the most affordable, most transparent, and doesn't nickel and dime you with various fees. They allow you to choose what services make sense for your business and not force you into subscriptions. The first year Registered Agent being free is a huge bonus. Again we'd recommend the mid tier package (not a subscription) for most new business owners.

It's very easy to overspend with ZenBusiness subscriptions. 2. Northwest Registered Agent hasn't taken on any funding and they're affordable. spent hours doing research, and this was able to just quickly summarize it AND provide factual evidence. No empty review a single pricing service, no paid sponsorship or affiliate links for one specific provider Thanks a lot

I am so glad I came across your page before I registered to obtain a Registered Agent. You just saved me about $900.00. I am a subscriber now! You did an amazing job comparing these companies.

I was just about to go with Zen Business for starting an LLC, but then I decided that I should look up some reviews...I found a couple youtube videos, but they were SUPER sketchy, glowing reviews, but all the comments felt like they were written by non-English speakers, and asking questions that seemed like they had been answered in the video with really canned, corporate feeling responses from the video creator, who at one point used the pronoun "we" as if he was speaking as a rep for Zenbusiness himself. The second video I watched had the exact same video clips from the first, and maybe not the identical script, but there were definitely some of the same sentences in there, and the voice sounded really AI...the comments on that video had the same vibe as the first. Anyway I ended up going to my state's Secretary of state website, where they had their own explainer videos on how to set up the LLC and it was super easy.

My best friends and I are about to go into business and we were totally about to go with either Legal Zoom, Zen Business or Tailor Brands, I am so glad I found your video. We will be going with Bizee as they seem to be the most beneficial for first time business owners as well! Thank you so much. You were super helpful and I learned a lot that helped influence the decision.
