There is no one else that could have played Rhaenyra as good as Emma. Their performance is linked to their total understanding of the character. It’s a joy to watch Emma provide commentary because they’re so insightful.

Their voice is so soothing. You can see they’re quite a nostalgic person being in awe of how young everyone looks. Such a bittersweet reaction. Time is brutal but also really kind.
