I’m sorry but ComEd needs to work on updating its costumers. I have had no updates except: They are still estimating the time which has been the same response for over 8 hours now.

It seems like we all need to move underground, & soon.

The only update I ever receive from them is how much I owe, when its owed by and how much energy I was able to save by cutting down on usage during peak hours....Oh yeah their bill had updates as well by adding more fees....and the increase in cost!!!!
