Drae that lake you found is the one on the picture and you need it if you plan on marrying Helen it’s part of one of her love quests, just look at what it says your tasks are in the journal so you can win her heart if you unlocked it yet. Also the motorcycle is part of one of Stan’s quests so you weren’t supposed to find it but I don’t think it will affect your game.
