  • People who complain about using coal don't know what they're doing. Burns blade in half.
  • @JebusPrimeDLC
First time I ever see both contestants having to start over half way.

"my experience with swords is mostly from fantasy swords like katanas" ok, massive Trigger here 😂

Bladesmiths, both your weapons performed as equally good, so for the final test you will battle eachother with your weapons to the last man standing ,let the best blade win. Good luck bladesmiths

Todd is literally the "Vegan Crossfitter" of blacksmithing.

As soon as Todd started bragging about using coal and going on about how people who didn't use it "didn't know what they were doing," I knew he was going to lose. And sure enough, he burns through the bottom of his blade because coal makes it hard to see how hot that section of blade was getting. The truly great feel no need to put others down to prove their skill.

it makes me happy that the pretty humble guy beat the super cocky guy even though he tried putting in all those details

Doug putting his bloody shirt to the washing machine: This shirt will definitely KLEAN.

That's cool when they have similar shop equipment. Compared to one guy having a Big Blue and other dudes got a nice hammer. :)

Todd is the exact type of guy you don’t want working on your house lmao.

5:08 amazing handle. That would work very well in combat, especially with sweaty hands. 8:07 IN! UP! TWIST! OUT!
  • @MunkyDrag0n
Apparently Todd hasn't heard the phrase "Work smarter, not harder."
  • I love forged in fire, there are no awkward pauses or unnecessary filler to up the watch time. This show is just straight to the point and it's fantastic!

Never thought of Dave saying "it will cut" after a sharpness test, just like Doug.

This just goes to show how hard it was back in the 9th to 14th centuries when they had to do every thing manul
  • @felixortiz257
