This may sound crazy but my cat was sick and I listened to this but I saw myself with her and all the healing happening to her. The next day she was fine. It was great.

My friend just recently told me that he has been meditating every morning to help calm him for a busy day... I laughed. He had me watch this video. Well, ever since he showed me, I've been mediating twice daily. What a great way to start and end my days. Absolute life saver!
