    I agree! I started a peer group just for gratitude log a few months ago (we call ourselves gratitudegirlgang) because when I did it on my own, I tend to be thankful for the same thing and overlooking some other blessings that I have. Been writing my gratitude message for almost 3 months without missing a day (altho some days I have no idea what to write but really cracked my head for it) has changed my life a lot 😭 I’ve never felt better, ALHAMDULILLAH.
