We may not be able to skip the barrier, but we can skip around half of the requirements for the barrier to be broken.

The problem with the horseback riding section isn't that Zelda misses, it's that the game doesn't tell you what zeldas aim is based on.

Ah YES THANK YOU I tried that trigger skip in City in the Sky to avoid activating the fan and I GOT IT. I’ve never used a glitch in a game before, felt good. Still haven’t gotten the hang of boomerang long jumps though 🤔
