A Bonanza aircraft callsign "46M" almost landed on the taxiway where Cessna was holding short. This incident occurred at Falcon Field where 46M was cleared to land on 22L, instead he approached taxiway and caused a near miss.

Smart decision by Cessna pilot. Knowing that he was no longer with a clear and relaxed mind to be flying in a safe manner, he cancels his takeoff and is just going to park it and chill.
